“ Ritual is a wonderful place to meet up with friends! Service is impeccable and their Craft brews are always Great! My favorites are the barrel rolls but they are great in all styles. ”
“ Very large indoor and outdoor seating, very spacious. They have a schedule with the time for the food vendors that set up there as well. Selection of beer is decent for a brewery of its size. They have typical goldens and IPAs like every brewery but they also have a couple reds. Bartenders were friendly and helpful. They have a specific beer glass that if you bring it with you on Tuesdays, you get a discount. Beers can be taken home in crowlers and some beers you can bring a growler in foor. Overall, it's a nice brewery that's worth a visit. ”
“ The beer is very refined. Mature brewmeister. But. not sure why all of the beers aren't on the chalk menu, or visible somewhere... Awesome HUGE place with plenty of space and games and even outdoor seating. Clearly this is the top brewery in Redlands if not the region. I took the tour once and the brewmaster was amazing. The only thing I can suggest is the server that I had was not very outgoing. It's 230 on Saturday Sept 14. Server didn't really suggest anything and I didn't know they had flights. She's probably really nice but not the most outgoing and informative person. I watch the other older grey-haired gal engage the other customers, make recommendations, and take a sincere interest in explaining the beer. The gal, the one that I had... well... I had to initiate the questions and dig deep for information. She wouldn't take my multi beer punch card because she said it was expired. Don't buy one of the multi-beer punch cards!--- There's an unwritten expiration period. Anyway, my server is polite just a very lackluster beer server person. There's so many options that if someone walks in, there's so many beers it's confusing... people want suggestions, information and recommendations. Or the server can recommend a flight after asking questions about what the customer tends to like. (BTW, they actually do have a stout and maybe a porter that's not on the menu! I would have never known this had I not asked.) I think a simplication of the menu into CATEGORIES would make it easier for people. For example, a simple brochure on the counter in eight and a half by 11 paper that explains their categories of beer: lagers pilsner's hefeweisings IPAs porters stouts. That would also increase sales on certain beers and the customer would feel more likely to come back because they will get the beer that fits their taste. Wineries do this. This place is outstandingly clean and inviting. Completely different from the outside (looks like a office, industrial). One small door opens up into a huge brewery! Great place for the kids and the leashed family dog. Been to all the breweries in So California. This is the best one overall which is why outgoing informative servers are so important. It just astounds me that if you have a tip option why you wouldn't be really outgoing and informative. My feeling is that most (not all) millennials, and kids under 35 don't even give a s**t anymore. They're just there to do the bare minimum and not win customer loyalty or expand business for their employers. BTW, this place even does bands and yoga, etc. My only question is: does it get ghetto at night? I hope not. Because the customers here were clean cut normal people and families who seemed very polite. This is a great place to bring families. They also have sodas, water, etc. Super clean bathrooms. By the way the beer is great. The successful business lies in the customer service. We don't know that which is not explained to us. ”
“ Great beer and service. I wished I lived closer. Seriously, hats off to you guys. I love this place and the selection is FANTASTIC! ”
“ Stopped by for their trivia night which they have every Wednesday at 630pm. Parking seemed somewhat limited in the lot right out front, but I got lucky and found a spot. I went straight to the bar inside and noticed they had a decent selection of beers and even some soft drinks as well. There is a lot of seating inside, as well as outside where the trivia game is held. There is no food on their actual menu, but they typically always have a food vendor there for the day. I was able to find their weekly food vendor schedule on their Instagram page. When I went, it was Surfer Joes pizza and the pizza was scrumptious. You can also bring in your own food which is nice. I definitely recommend this brewery, especially for the trivia game nights. ”
“ This is a cool place to go if you want to go and hang out with some friends and have a couple of drinks. Every Wednesday they have trivia night and it is fun. I suggest you go. You can either go by yourself or go with the group and play. The beer there is good and you can also buy souvenirs and swag. And if you don't like to drink, they have some soda that they sell. The inside is nice and clean and the service is good and the employees there are very nice. Once in a while, they will do comedy shows because they have a stage inside. They also have a patio outside and that is where the trivia night is. You won't be disappointed go check this place. ”
“ I've had the pleasure of playing live music here and have enjoyed the supportive audience. I'm glad the music can give the already great atmosphere a positive ambience along with the award-winning brewery experience. ”
“ I hadn't been to place in several years but I'm glad we did. The brewery is a warehouse with bench sitting inside. There is an outside area as well. I had a flight of beers to start. They were good but not my type of flavor for the most part. They had two beers that were really good. Their Honey Blonde was delicious (I took a 4 pack home) and their Lager was pretty good. On Tuesdays they have pint Tuesdays in which you buy the glass and get refills on Tuesdays for a reduced price. $4 a pint I think. Not bad at all. I purchased one and will be back for refills. They have Birria Pete's there on Tuesdays cooking it up. Man it's delicious. If you decide to check out Ritual definitely go on Tuesday and try the birria. They also have really good music playing in the background and the bar managers were very helpful and nice. ”
“ Very excited to have had Ritual Brewing recently and Steve and I were not disappointed in any way. We had a different kind of IPA than what we usually wind up with and that's what made it fun. We had the Sunset Peach which we liked because of this unique spin of peach, stone fruit, sweet, hoppiness and some lemon thrown in for good measure. The IPA was sweeter than most with the peach at work but it wasn't a heavy handed factor where it made the beer too sweet, thanks to the hops playing off of the peach and the lemon. It's well made and a fun IPA to have that's different from most. ”
“ Awesome service and beer!! I had not ate all day and they are partner up with Surfer Joe's for some pizza and sandwiches. I had a cookie flight!! Which was so good!! You get to choose from 4 selections and include a coconut chocolate cookie! Atmosphere is inside a warehouse and spacious!! Loved it all overall!! ”
